How the Commission Process Works

  • Inquiry: Send refs, size tier, and deadline. I’ll confirm scope.
  • Quote: You’ll receive a written estimate with options/add-ons.
  • Deposit: 30% non-refundable to reserve your slot & materials.
  • Print & Fit: Test fits, pinning, assembly, surface prep.
  • Paint & Weathering: Layered finishes, approvals with progress pics.
  • Final Approval & Balance: Final photos/video; remaining balance due.
  • Packing & Shipping: Protective packaging; tracking provided.

I can reserve space/mounts for LEDs or sound boards. Full installs are done on a case-by-case basis, include details in your request.

Yes; send close-ups. I’ll confirm approach and provide milestone photos for approval.

Do you ship helmets fitted?

Helmets ship with padding/fit systems as discussed. For custom sizes, I’ll request head circumference and a quick fit reference.
