The Portfolio
A selection of custom 3D printed cosplay props built at Printed Props Workshop. Lightsaber hilts, blasters, helmets, armour sets and more. Every piece printed, finished, and weathered in-house
Every build is printed in PLA, PETG, or resin. Sometimes all three. Finishing includes sanding, priming, multi-layer paint, weathering with oils and pigments, and a protective clear coat. Wearable pieces include padding and fit systems. Nothing leaves the workshop until it meets my standard.
Printed Props Workshop takes commissions across the full range of prop types. Lightsabers and blaster pistols for Star Wars fans. Helmets and armour for Halo, Fallout, and Warhammer 40K builds. Swords, daggers, and melee weapons for fantasy and sci-fi cosplay. Statues, dioramas, and display pieces for collectors who want something permanent on the shelf.
Every build starts with your reference photos and a conversation about what matters most to you. Screen accuracy. Durability. Wearability. Display quality. The material plan, finish approach, and timeline all follow from that.
Builds in this portfolio represent a cross-section of commission work and personal projects. Some are display pieces. Some have been worn at conventions. Some ship internationally to collectors who found the workshop through Etsy or Instagram. “All of them were built to the same standard. Quality 3D printed cosplay props regardless of size or budget.
Based in the US and shipping worldwide, Printed Props Workshop has completed hundreds of builds across six years. The portfolio grows with every commission. Check back regularly or follow on Instagram for work in progress shots, paint tests, and finished pieces before they ship.
